After Android 1.5 Cupcake , Android 1.6 Donut , Android 2.0 Eclair , Android 2.2 Froyo , Android 2.3 Gingerbread , Android 3.0 Honeycomb , Android 4.0 Ice cream Sandwich and Android 4.1 Jelly Beans , Now new OS version is Android 4.4 KitKat .
"Android is the operating system that powers over 1 billion smartphones and tablets. Since these devices make our lives so sweet, each Android version is named after a dessert... As everybody finds it difficult to stay away from chocolate we decided to name the next version of Android after one of our favorite chocolate treats, Kitkat," Google said.
Google will release this Os but it is debut in market with the new Nexus phones in coming months .
According to Android " It's Our goal with android kitKat to make amazing Android experience available for everybody ".
